Peace of mind, clarity, vitality. Sometimes we have them, sometimes they seem elusive. What if there were ways to increase these qualities in your life, to uncover reserves of energy, and to delve a little more deeply into who you really are?

I believe well-being is innate, even if sometimes it is covered by the difficulties and worries of our lives. That is why we sometimes feel great for no reason, because that ability is always with us.

I have found my own peace of mind, clarity and vitality through Zen meditation and mindfulness, yoga and movement and I continue to practice, working to improve my understanding and my own feeling of well-being. I share what has been passed on to me from some great teachers in the hope that it strikes a chord with others and helps people to feel better within themselves and their own lives.
